Price Match Policy

We are committed to offering competitive pricing on CPAP equipment and supplies. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical item from another authorized CPAP supply website, we will match it.

What Qualifies for a Price Match

To be eligible for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

  • The competitor must be an authorized CPAP medical supply website.
  • The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website.
  • The product must match the exact SKU listed on our website.
  • The price-match request must be submitted within 30 days of your original order date.
  • The item must not be purchased through insurance or on a payment plan.
  • Sale prices must be listed directly on the product page—prices obtained via coupon codes do not qualify.

We do not match prices from unauthorized third-party sellers such as Amazon, eBay, Craigslist, or Walmart.

How to Submit a Price-Match Request

To request a price match, please contact our Customer Care team using the contact form on our website or email info@sleeprestorationcenter.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number (if applicable)
  • A link to the competitor’s product page
  • The advertised price and product details

What Happens Next

Once your request is verified and approved:

  • If you’ve already placed your order, we will refund the difference in price.
  • If you submit the request before placing your order, we will issue a Case Number. You can reference this number when calling (530)-330-4657 to place your order at the matched price.
