General Return Policy

This policy applies to CPAP equipment and accessories purchased directly through our website without the use of insurance coverage. Items ordered using insurance benefits are subject to separate terms outlined below.

We accept returns on eligible CPAP equipment within 30 days of the original shipping date. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a 100% store credit in the form of a digital gift certificate for the original purchase amount, including applicable taxes but excluding shipping costs. Please note: we do not offer refunds for general returns.

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care team at info@sleeprestorationcenter.com or call (530)-330-4657 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. An RMA number is required to ensure proper processing.

Return Policy for Insurance Orders

Items that are partially or fully covered by insurance cannot be refunded due to billing regulations. These orders are considered final once shipped.

We may offer a one-time exchange within 30 days of the shipment date for a comparable product, such as in cases of incorrect sizing or fit. To request an exchange, contact our Customer Care team to obtain an RMA number and return instructions.

Return Policy for Defective Items

If you believe a product purchased from us is defective, contact us within 30 days of the original shipping date. We will work with you and the manufacturer to facilitate an exchange for a new product. We cover standard shipping costs for defective item exchanges.

Most CPAP machines are covered under a manufacturer warranty of 1 to 2 years. If your machine is malfunctioning, call us with the device nearby so we can verify the serial number and warranty status. If eligible, we will obtain a manufacturer-issued RMA on your behalf. Warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for shipping the machine to our office, but we will provide a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons:

  • Opened masks, cushions, or nasal pillows
  • Used filters, tubing, or humidifier chambers
  • Prescription-only items without valid documentation
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance

  • Include your name, order number, and reason for return
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship to the address provided by our team
