How can I submit my prescription?

You can upload your prescription during checkout, email it to info@sleeprestorationcenter.com, or have your physician fax it to (530)-330-4657. Please include your full name and order number.

What if I don’t have a prescription?

We offer an Online CPAP Prescription Renewal service for $99.99, available at sleeprestorationcenter.com/product/cpap-prescription-renewal.

This service connects you with a licensed physician who can issue a prescription within two business days, subject to medical review.

Can you contact my doctor to obtain the prescription?

Yes. With your authorization, we can reach out to your healthcare provider to request a copy of your prescription. You’ll need to provide your doctor’s name, clinic name, and contact details.

Is my prescription still valid if it’s expired?

Prescriptions for CPAP therapy are typically valid for one year unless otherwise specified. If yours has expired, you can use our online renewal service to obtain a new one.

Do I need a prescription for replacement parts or accessories?

No. Items such as tubing, filters, mask cushions, and humidifier chambers do not require a prescription.

How long does it take to process my prescription?

Prescriptions are typically reviewed and approved within 1 business day. If you use our online renewal service, prescriptions are usually issued within 2 business days.
