Order Processing

Orders received before 10 AM Pacific Standard Time (1 PM EST), Monday through Friday, are processed for shipment the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Notes:

  • Business Day = Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays
  • Delivery estimates exclude Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times may be longer to AK and HI addresses
  • USPS shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to location, weather, or logistical delays

Tracking Information

  • FedEx (1-Day, 2-Day, Ground): Tracking numbers are generated within 24 hours of shipment and provide real-time updates online.
  • USPS Standard Shipping: Tracking numbers may take up to 2 business days to become available. You’ll receive an automatic email once your tracking number is active. USPS tracking may not show detailed updates for 48–72 hours after upload.

Saturday Delivery

Orders placed on Friday with regular 1-Day shipping will be delivered on the following Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, an additional FedEx fee applies. The total cost for Saturday delivery is $79.99, which includes the standard 1-Day shipping fee.

To arrange Saturday delivery, please call +1 228-207-1785 before 10 AM PST (1 PM EST) on Friday. Saturday delivery is not available in all regions.

Military Addresses

We ship to U.S. military addresses (APO, DPO, and FPO) via USPS Standard Shipping only. FedEx services are not available for these destinations.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. All orders must have a shipping address within the United States.
