Welcome to Sleep Restoration Center (the “Site”), operated by Hospital & Sleep Medicine Consultants PC. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Site and all services, products, and content offered through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All purchases are subject to our posted policies, including our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Prescription Policy. Prices and discounts may change at any time without notice. Products purchased through the Site may not be resold for commercial purposes.

5. Prescription Requirements

Certain products require a valid prescription. You agree to provide accurate documentation and understand that prescription-only items will not be shipped without verification. Our Prescription Policy outlines the process for submitting or renewing prescriptions.

6. Insurance Verification

If you choose to verify insurance coverage, we may collect your name, contact details, insurance carrier, member ID, and date of birth. Our team will review your coverage and contact you with a summary. If eligible, you may receive an “insurance-adjusted cart” showing items covered at no cost to you, excluding coinsurance and deductibles.

7. Promotions and Coupon Codes

Coupon Codes are promotional and have no cash value. They must be redeemed on our website or by calling us. Conditions include:

  • Only one code per order
  • Cannot be combined with other offers
  • Not valid with insurance or payment plans
  • Not retroactively applied
  • Cannot be used for gift certificates
  • Must be used by U.S. residents aged 18+
  • Excludes GLP-1 and weight loss products
  • Improper use may result in cancellation or fraud investigation

We reserve the right to change promotional terms at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Hospital & Sleep Medicine Consultants PC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and Hospital & Sleep Medicine Consultants PC will be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted under the rules of JAMS or a similar forum. You waive your right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

Equitable relief may be sought in the courts of Biloxi, Mississippi, without waiving the arbitration agreement.

16. International Use

The Site is operated in the United States and subject to U.S. law. If you reside outside the U.S., do not submit personal information or attempt to place orders. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and delete data for international users.
