Sleep Restoration Center only collects and uses sensitive personal information as permitted by law or with your explicit consent. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

If you have not yet opted out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may do so by emailing us at info@sleeprestorationcenter.com.

The information you provide in your request will be used solely to process your opt-out. If you do not provide sufficient identifying information, we may be unable to fulfill your request. We will not use, disclose, or retain any information submitted for opt-out purposes beyond what is necessary to complete the request.

If you do not have an Sleep Restoration Center account or are not logged into your account, your opt-out request will be linked only to your browser identifier and not to any account information, as we cannot associate your browser with your account without your login.
